Capital Canyon Club: Golf in the Crisp Mountain Air of Prescott, AZ

Capital Canyon Club in Prescott, Arizona is not only Prescott’s finest golf and social club, but it also has a rich history. Originally known as Hassayampa Country Club, it was 9-hole facility from 1919 until 1969, and then an 18-hole course (designed by legendary golfer and course architect Tom Weiskopf) from 1997 until 2012. It is considered one of the oldest Arizona golf courses. Thanks to a former member, it re-opened to acclaim as Capital Canyon Club in the spring of 2015.

Just 90 miles from Phoenix, Prescott is considered “Everybody’s Hometown,” because of its charming small town setting, old-west history and pleasant climate. The Club is located just minutes from historic downtown Prescott.

The breathtaking topography that surrounds CCC truly makes the course unlike any other. Nestled into an environment of Ponderosa pines, granite boulders and meandering streams, the terrain offers grand views as far as the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff. Playing to a par 71 layout at 6,660 yards, the golf course provides an enjoyable yet challenging round of golf.

In addition to the spectacular, championship golf course, the Clubhouse offers a complete dining experience, state-of-the-art fitness center and an outdoor seasonal pool. CCC is a place to unwind, socialize and play, connecting family, friends and fellow members with entertainment year round.

The Clubhouse is also a perfect venue for any of life’s celebrations or business events. Membership is not required to book an event.
