Very Fitting Luggage

The four-piece set is fashioned of lightweight, durable carbon fiber and features Vuitton’s hallmark Damier pattern.

BMW’s sleek new i8 model is a plug-in hybrid disguised as a sports car, so it’s hardly surprising that its owners would want to have a sporty set of luggage to match.

Fortunately for them, another luxury icon, Louis Vuitton, has teamed up with BMW to create a tailor-made set of luggage that’s a perfect fit for this revolutionary new vehicle.

The four-piece set is fashioned of lightweight, durable carbon fiber and features Vuitton’s hallmark Damier pattern. What makes this set truly unique, however, is that it has been designed with the i8’s interior in mind. According to the company, each piece has been “cleverly calibrated down to the last millimeter.”

The set’s two travel bags, business case and garment bag each fit perfectly into its assigned space in the car. The Garment Bag i8 tucks into vehicle’s rear parcel shelf and the Weekender GM i8 fits snugly in the trunk. The Business Case i8 has been designed to follow the curves of the back seat, and the Weekender PM i8 fits right on top of it.

Louis Vuitton has once again demonstrated its mastery of design by creating a luxurious set of luggage that allows BMW i8 owners to carry their most treasured possessions in style.
