Nobu Hospitality has announced its first residential project in Miami, marking a significant expansion for the global luxury brand. Rising along Biscayne Bay, the new development, 619 Brickell, introduces a striking architectural statement that combines refined design, world-class service, and the essence of modern Japanese luxury.
Developed in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Key International, the 74-story tower will be located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district. The project will feature 300 private residences and over 90,000 square feet of amenities, including a full-service spa and wellness retreat, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a poolside café. Each space will reflect Nobu’s signature aesthetic of understated elegance, natural materials, and exceptional service.
At ground level, the property will unveil Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, joining the acclaimed Miami Beach location. Designed with a distinctive circular layout and sweeping waterfront views, the restaurant is set to become one of the city’s most sought-after dining destinations, creating a seamless connection between luxury living and world-class hospitality.
The architectural vision, led by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects, merges Nobu’s minimalist Japanese design philosophy with the dynamic energy of Miami’s skyline. The result is a timeless structure defined by fluid lines, modern forms, and a deep connection to its waterfront surroundings. Every detail—from curated materials to expansive terraces—embodies Nobu’s dedication to intentional living, balance, and beauty.
“619 Brickell represents the next evolution of Nobu’s lifestyle vision,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. “It brings together our commitment to craftsmanship, design integrity, and exceptional service to create a truly immersive residential experience. Miami’s cultural vitality and energy make it the perfect location for this milestone project.”
In a joint statement, Arnaud Karsenti, Managing Principal of 13th Floor Investments, and Inigo Ardid, Co-President of Key International, said, “We are honored to partner with Nobu Hospitality and Foster + Partners on this extraordinary project in the heart of Brickell. 619 Brickell represents the perfect blend of design, service, and lifestyle, creating a residential experience elevated by Nobu’s world-class hospitality and attention to detail.”
With 619 Brickell, Nobu continues to redefine luxury living in Miami by blending hospitality, design, and cultural influence into a single, sophisticated address.
