We kicked off the night at F/Sixteen, the hotel’s all-day, all-night diner near the lobby. A nod to vintage Americana, the space was buzzing with opening-night energy. A greeter on roller skates set the tone, and boozy milkshakes stole the show — decadent, playful, and dangerously good.
Kauboi: Japanese Meets Western Cool
On the third floor, Kauboi blends Japanese cuisine with Western flair in a chic indoor-outdoor setting. With multiple bars, lounge space, and even a movie projector lighting up the patio, it’s set to become a favorite for locals and visitors alike.

We ended the evening at the rooftop pool and bar, where the vibe was pure Scottsdale glam. The Camelback Mountain views were unmatched, and the cocktails were just as impressive.
