On The Watch List: Richard Mille RM 71-01 Automatic Tourbillon Talisman

RM 71-01 Automatic Tourbillon Talisman

Renowned Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille has released its latest work of art in the form of an absolutely brilliant timepiece for women. Recently unveiled in Paris and dubbed the RM 71-01 Automatic Tourbillon Talisman, the model marks a new milestone in the brand’s rich history with designs envisioned by Cécile Guenat, the company’s Ladies’ Collection Director.

The RM 71-01 is available in ten breathtaking dial and gem-set case variations, each of which is a unique work of art adorned with mother-of-pearl, onyx, diamond, and black sapphire. The model also features the brand’s first-ever, in-house automatic tourbillon movement. Even more impressive, the movement has been manufactured almost entirely of grade 5 titanium that reduces weight while still providing the durability and quality consumers have come to expect from the exquisite watchmaker.

Produced in an extremely limited run of only 5 units each of the 10 variations, and with an estimated price tag just north of $450,000 USD, this is one timepiece worthy of adorning even the most royal of wrists.
