CONCIERGE

For every moment, before, during and after your stay, our Concierge is here for you. Not only will they arrange car services, tours, museum passes, maps, reservations and tickets for events throughout the city, but they will work with you to tailor-make every aspect of your stay. If you have kids, the Concierge will also help you find babysitters, and every now and again, you may even find a little gift from the Concierge to your child.   • Wake-Up Call, personalized with time and temperature
  • Twice daily housekeeping services, including nightly turndown service
  • Dry Cleaning Daily; Same-day delivery is available (Garments in by 10 am will be delivered by 7 pm) *Hours may vary for holidays
  • One-hour express pressing daily and shoe shine services available

  • Cashier for foreign currency exchange, check cashing and ATM located in complex
