Terms of Your Membership
Your membership is for the term purchased at the time you registered for service. The membership will automatically renew unless we are provided with a 30 day written notice to cancel. Cancellation request are submitted by e-mailing your request to [email protected]. You will be provided with a confirmation email upon cancellation of your membership. Please save this email as written proof of cancellation as Jetset Magazine does not recognize cancellations claims without the proper submission and confirmation of the membership cancellation.
Your membership provides access to submit articles on JetsetMag.com via the Internet from one or more personal computers. You may not access the information from more than one computer at any given time. You will be provided a Personal Username and Password at the time your membership is approved. Sharing your Personal ID and Password with others (except as described below) is a violation of this agreement and is grounds for immediate termination of your membership (without a full or partial refund).
Who May Use Your Membership
If you are an individual your membership is for your own personal use of the service. It may not be shared, resold, subdivided or sublicensed to anyone.
If you are an entity engaged in Jetset’s PR Membership program, such as a watchmaker, wine importer, resort, or restaurant, use of your membership is limited to your employees from a single personal computer located at your place of business.
Except as described above, your membership is not transferable to, or usable by, another person, business or other entity without our consent.
We will use certain technologies to monitor your use of our service to be certain it is in compliance with the terms of this agreement. Intentional use of the service in a manner inconsistent with this agreement will be grounds for termination of your membership. No full or partial refunds will be offered for memberships terminated for intentional use of the service not in compliance with this agreement.
Access to the service using special computer programs (Web Robots, Web Wanderers, Crawlers, or Spiders) designed to systematically download the information in the database is strictly prohibited. We will use certain technologies to detect the use of these programs. Their use is a violation of this agreement and is grounds for immediate termination of your membership (without a full or partial refund of your membership fee).
Personal Information
Jetset Magazine LLC strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information will be stored and processed in the United States.
You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your ID and password, so do not share these with others.
Copyrights
The information provided by JetsetMag.com is the copyrighted property of Jetset Magazine LLC. Your use of this information is limited to you alone under the terms of this agreement. It may not be copied, retransmitted, sold or provided to others in any form or format except as provided for in this section of the membership Agreement.
The news media and subscribers may use brief portions of any material provided it is not distorted, JetsetMag.com is given credit for the material utilized, and Jetset Magazine is shown as the Copyright holder.
Limitation of Liability
Jetset Magazine LLC will use reasonable efforts to assure the accuracy, responsiveness and availability of the service to its subscribers. Under no circumstance will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages with respect to the accuracy of the information, the availability of the service, the responsiveness of the service or your use of information provided to you by the service.
Complete Agreement
This is the complete agreement with respect to your use of the JetsetMag.com website. Nothing published or said elsewhere should be viewed as a modification of this agreement.
Changes to this Agreement
Jetset Magazine LLC may occasionally update this agreement. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the top of the copy of the agreement posted on the Website. Such changes will be effective when posted by us. Your continued use of the service after the date upon which this agreement is changed and the changes are posted will constitute your continued acceptance of this agreement. Your only alternative, should you no longer wish to be bound by this agreement, is termination of your use of the service. No full or partial refunds will be offered in such an event.
